• Should be capable of appointment of super stockist and distributors in his territory.
• Should be capable of appointment of sales staff, training and managing the sales team
• Should be capable of handling super stockiest and distributors working.
• Should be capable of achieving the company target of primary and secondary of his area.
• Tracking of team secondary, Planning of beat as well planning of journey plan of his team
• Should well aware of taking report as well working on sales software Tracking and educating the team on category sales .
• Handling the super stockiest and distributor claims
• Should well verse of english and hindi and Odia written and spoken skills
• A class outlet handling skills
• Capable of planning and organizing sales and product secondary drive as well well verse of brand promotion skills.

Min Qualification Graduate and Preferable MBA

MIn. Experience of 5 – 7 years required.
