- End to End Recruitment process including Fresher Recruitment on/off-campus
- Work with the hiring managers to pinpoint the company’s exact hiring needs.
- Utilize the internet-based professional networking websites and social media platforms to reach out to the best available candidates.
- Candidates have good knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong Knowledge of Non IT & IT recruitment and Lateral hiring is preferred.
- Flexible to travel if required for the campus drives.
- Working on different Job portals and having end-to-end follow-ups.
- Closing on all the hiring requirements based on the timelines.
- Updating the internal Candidate Tracker, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), & requirement report on a daily basis.
- Collecting, verifying & uploading the offer/necessary documents as per the documentation process and checklist.
- Post Offer Follow up with the offered candidates till joining.
- Sending the offer status report to the respective POCs as per defined timelines.
- Participate in recruiting & branding projects with social media, attend virtual networking events & career fairs, and network within industry associations.
- Preparation of reports & dashboards related to recruitment by using pivot table, charts & statistics using MS Excel.
Required Candidate profile
- Candidates having 0-3 years of experience in the recruitment process.
- Candidates should have done Graduation/MBA with relevant specialization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Very good presentation skills
- Freshers are also considered with very good communication skills; should at least have internship experience in recruitment
- Ability to build a good relationship with candidates & stakeholders.
