Required: Only from Consultancy background and Strictly no US IT Recruiters
Job Description / Responsibilities:
- 2 to 5 years End to End Recruitment Experience, should be Consultancy background.
- Candidates having Experience in interacting with clients, Internal and External hiring.
- Strong experience in Sourcing profiles for various requirements through strategies such as -cold calling/Email/Networking/market research activities.
- Experience on working with any job portals Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.
- Should be well versed with Communication skills and handling circumstances..
- Well versed with Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full time positions.
- Must have knowledge of client management life-cycle.
- Must able to handle pressure & complete the recruitment targets as set by company.

Salary : 1-2 lpa ( ctc ) (i.e based on target )
