Job Description :
1. Identifying & collecting applications for loans.
2. Assessing the loan application.
3. Identification of customers and forming of Joint Liability Groups/Self help
groups looking for loan.
4. Filling up of the application form
5. Verification of the residence and business of the customer.
6. KYC verification.
7. Pre-disbursement training.
8. Visiting potential customers in order to develop business.
9. Disbursements.
10. Collection of KYC documents.
11. Loan documentation.
12. Collection of current dues.
13. Deposit of collection money.
14. Collection of over dues.
15. Collection of money as per process, Depositing the money in bank.
